Founded by Ghislaine Hughes in 2006, GH Training Solutions has enjoyed two very successful years training with businesses across the South of England.

Ghislaine draws on many years of experience in the hospitality industry which she gathered while working for P&O Cruises, Holiday Inn and other hotels and restaurants in the UK, Switzerland and South Africa.

Her practical experiences include:

• General management of hotels
• Food and beverage
• Front of house
• Rooms divisions
