This train the trainer course is accredited to and is run as an in House course. It is designed to introduce delegates to the skills of running on-job training, i.e. practical, skill based task training. Delegates spend over half of the course putting together and practicing delivering simple training sessions. It is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and trainers who are responsible for on-the-job practical skills training.
