Stonebow Practical Training Certificate
Duration:
A three day programme with homework to be completed outside course hours. Delegates are assessed delivering two training sessions.
Course Profile:
The Practical Training Certificate is designed to introduce delegates to the skills of running on-job training, i.e. practical, skill based task training. Delegates spend over half of the course putting together and practicing delivering simple training sessions. It is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and trainers who are responsible for on-the-job practical skills training of other members of staff.
Benefits:
This course will enable participants to have the ability to train staff in the tasks involved in a job through short, clear and effective training sessions, either one-to-one or in small groups. Therefore delegates have the means to ensure that operational and service standards are introduced and met.
The Practical Training Certificate forms the foundation of trainer skills, and is a qualification recognised across the industry.
