Open Course:-

Booking Conditions:

• Full payment should be made prior to the start of the course.

• Payments to be made by cheque made payable to GH Training Solutions

• Once confirmation and payment has been received, joining instructions and a receipt will be forwarded by return.

• Special arrangements can be made for companies who require an invoice prior to sending a payment.

Transfers:

• Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer your booking to another date, please ensure at least 21 working days* notice is given prior to the start of the original course and that the request is confirmed in writing, by letter or e-mail.

Substitutions:

• Substitutions may be made at any stage at no cost, however please advice us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellations:

• If you have to cancel a place on an open course, the following cancellation charges will apply:

o More than 21 working days* prior to the course – No charge will be made

o Between 14 and 21 working days* prior to the course – 50% of the course fee will be payable

o Less than 14 working days* prior to the course – 100% course fee will be payable

• Non attendance on the day will result in the full fee being payable

• If a special price has been applied to a booking, as part of a promotion or special offer and cancellation of one or more delegates contravenes the terms of that promotion/offer, then the full price will be applied to any/all remaining places.

Other:

• We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In such exceptional circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and the offer of a transfer to another course date, or a full refund of fees paid. No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation.
In House Course:-
Booking Conditions:

• We will invoice you for our services following the course and this invoice should be paid in full within 28 days of receiving the invoice

• Payments to be made by cheque made payable to GH Training Solutions

• Certificates will not be issued until full payment is received

Transfers:

• Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer your booking to another date, please ensure at least 21 working days* notice is given prior to the start of the original course and that the request is confirmed in writing, by letter or e-mail.

Cancellations:

• If you have to cancel an in house course, the following cancellation charges will apply:

o More than 21 working days* prior to the course – No charge will be made

o Between 14 and 21 working days* prior to the course – 50% of the course fee will be payable

o Less than 14 working days* prior to the course – 100% course fee will be payable

• You will be charged for the minimum number of candidates, even if the final number of candidates is less than this number. (Please note that the Stonebow Practical Training Certificate course cannot be run with less than 4 delegates.)

Other:

• We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In such exceptional circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and the offer of a transfer to another course date, or a full refund of fees paid. No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation.

• Incidental Expenses such as travel will be applied to the invoice where applicable.
