Level 3 Food Allergen Management Course (RQF)

This Level 3 Award in Food Allergen Management qualification builds on the knowledge covered in Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness, which is aimed at food handlers in the catering industry.

The Level 3 is one-day course is aimed at supervisors and managers, and is supported by Allergy UK, who regard it as suitable staff training for catering outlets that wish to apply for their Allergy Aware Scheme
