Booking Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking with GH Training Solutions, you agree to the below terms and conditions.

Public Courses:

Booking & Payment:

  • Full payment must be made 28 days prior to the start of the course, otherwise GH Training Solutions reserves the right to refuse admission to the course
  • Payments may be made by
    • Internet banking to account number 42202658, Sort Code 09-06-66
    • Debit or Credit card by calling 02380 993866
    • Payment by cheque made payable to GH Training Solutions
  • If you require an invoice prior to making payment, please let us know and this can be arranged.

Transfers, Substitutions and Cancellations:

  • If you are unable to attend the course you have booked, you may
    • Request a transfer to a different date: This must be requested in writing (by emailing info@ghtrainingsolutions.co.uk) at least 21 days before the course starts
    • Transfer the course to a different person. This can be done at any time with no charge, however, please do advise us by emailing info@ghtrainingsolutions.co.uk.
    • Cancel the course, subject to the following charges:
      • Cancellation made 21 or more days prior to the start of the course – No charge will be made and any payment made will be refunded in full.
      • Cancellation made between 7 and 21 days before the start of the course – 50% of the payment will be refunded.
      • Cancellation less than 7 days – No refund would be made.
      • Non-attendance on the day will result in no refund being made.

If a special price has been applied to a booking, as part of a promotion or special offer and cancellation of one or more delegates contravenes the terms of that promotion/offer, then the full price will be applied to any/all remaining places.

Other:

Cancellation by GH Training Solutions. We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course or in exceptional circumstances beyond our control which prevent the trainer attending. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible. We will offer you alternative dates or a full refund of fees paid.  GH Training Solutions does not accept responsibility for incidental costs or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation.

In House Courses:

Booking & Payment:

  • You will be required to provide invoicing details and a Purchase Order number (if appropriate) prior to the course delivery date.
  • GH Training Solutions will issue an invoice for our services within 7 days of the course and this invoice should be paid in full within 28 days of receiving the invoice
  • Payments may be made by
    • Internet banking to account number 42202658, Sort Code 09-06-66
    • Debit or Credit card by calling 02380 993866
    • Payment made by cheque made payable to GH Training Solutions
  • Certificates will not be issued until full payment is received

Transfers & Cancellations:

Should circumstances mean that you need to cancel or amend your in-house training booking agreement, you may

  • Request a change of date. Please ensure at least 7 days are given prior to the start of the original course and that the request is confirmed in writing, by e-mailing info@ghtrainingsolutions.co.uk. Re-arrangement is subject to availability.
  • If you need to cancel an in-house course less than 7 days before the start of the course, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

GH Training Solutions reserves the right to cancel where exceptional circumstances prevent a suitable trainer from attending the course.  In this situation, you will be given as much notice as possible and will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund of fees paid. No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation.

 

Online Courses:

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment must be made prior to the registration of the learner on the Learner Management system. If you require an invoice prior to making payment, please let me know and this can be arranged
  • Payments may be made by
    • Internet banking to account number 42202658, Sort Code 09-06-66
    • Debit or Credit card by calling 02380 993866
    • Payment made by cheque made payable to GH Training Solutions
  • Once confirmation and payment has been received, registration of the learner will take place and the logon details emailed to the learner.

Transfers, Substitutions and Cancellations:

  • If several licenses have been purchased to take advantage of the bulk discounted rate, it will not be possible to ‘return’ or ‘cancel’ these licenses without losing the discounted rate.
  • Once the learner has started the course/logged onto the course, the cost of the course cannot be refunded.
  • Once the learner has started the course/logged onto the course, the license cannot be transferred to another name.

Other:

  • Once the learner has registered, they will have one year to access and complete the eLearning course.
  • If the learner fails to complete the eLearning course within one year, the course fees cannot be refunded or transferred.

 

Blended Learning Courses:

Booking & Payment:

Should circumstances mean that you need to cancel or amend your classroom element of the training, you may

  • Request to change the date of your in-house training, please ensure at least 7 days are given prior to the start of the original course and that the request is confirmed in writing, by e-mailing info@ghtrainingsolutions.co.uk.
  • If you need to cancel an in-house classroom element of the course less than 7 days before the start of the course, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
  • In the event of you cancelling the classroom element, the eLearning element of the payment will not be refunded if learners have started / logged on the eLearning course.

Other:

  • Once the learner has registered, they will have one year to access and complete the eLearning course.
  • If the learner fails to complete the eLearning course within one year, the course fees cannot be refunded or transferred.
  • If learners have not completed the eLearning course before the classroom element, they may attend the classroom training but will not be able to take the exam. An additional classroom date would need to be arranged for these learners, at an additional cost.
  • GH Training Solutions reserves the right to cancel where exceptional circumstances prevent a suitable trainer from attending the course. In this situation, you will be given as much notice as possible and will be offered an alternative course date. No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation.
